We believe the best way to keep people enrolled is to keep them engaged from day one.

While there are significant challenges in building relationships with Medicaid recipients with disabilities, our proposed solution to the churn problem is finding ways to drive ongoing customer engagement. We will do so by:

  1. Getting closer to the customer.
  2. Creating more personal, contextual and relevant content
  3. Thinking ahead for the customer and creating a "total customer experience" for them

This approach meets or exceeds customer needs at every touch point and seamlessly integrates the roles of the state with local providers. Most importantly, it significantly improves the health of Medicaid recipients and lowers costs by enabling consistent, coordinated care.
